During this introductory course to yoga I aim to inspire you to become self-aware of how your body is connected to your breathing, your thoughts, your emotions and your desires. In addition, I focus on sharing practical yoga philosophy, which could be used to improve the experience of our modern life.
My teaching style involves giving personal attention to every student, so I can help you to adjust your yoga practice to work more efficiently for you.
In short, this yoga course will include:
body exercises (dynamic vinyasa flow and static asanas)
breathing exercises (pranayamas)
concentration techniques
basics of yoga philosophy
meditation techniques
energetics of communication
yogic chakra model
In general, every lesson consists of hatha yoga, with a strong focus on correct breathing and a concentrated state of consciousness, and after a short break there is a yoga theory block. The programme is developed to deepen your yoga practice and knowledge gradually, from simple to complex.
It is NOT a drop-in yoga class. We dive step-by-step into yoga practice.
And every next lesson is a continuation of the previous one.
I teach in small blocks so you can easily stop without a long commitment.

The first block of 6 lessons will start on Thursday 21 March at 19.00 and will be going on every for 6 weeks every Thursday till 25 April.
