Urban Yoga School offers a comprehensive approach where yoga practice is taught together with yoga theory in close groups, so the practice and theory gradually develops and becomes more complex.

During the study, every student gets acquainted with different yoga practices, methods, theories, and approaches, tries to apply them to their own needs and aspirations, and has the opportunity to choose what works best for them.

The main training programme is designed for several years of regular study. Group lessons are offered weekly besides several periods of travel and retreats during the year. In some cases, it is possible to join the group lessons online. Sometimes additional thematic lectures and seminars are organized during the year. Seminar retreat weeks are held in both the winter and summer.

Urban Yoga School in Amsterdam works in close cooperation with the Ukrainian Federation of Yoga, which is a member of both the European Union of Yoga, based in Switzerland, and Yoga Alliance International, based in India. Yoga practices:
