Introductory course

Dear future yoga student,

During this introductory course to yoga I would like to inspire you to become self-aware of how your body is connected to your breathing, your thoughts, emotions and desires. In addition, I will focus on sharing practical yoga philosophy which could be used to improve the experience of our modern life.

My teaching style involves giving personal attention to every student, so I can help you to adjust your yoga practice to work more efficiently for you. That’s why I usually work with small groups.

I am a certified yoga teacher (500 hours) in both Vinyasa Yoga flow and Yin yoga with more than 8 years’ experience teaching yoga. During the lessons I use all my expertise to create a safe and challenging experience for my students.

In short, this yoga course is meant for beginners and will include:

  • yoga poses – asanas (static and flow)
  • breathing exercises – pranayamas
  • concentration techniques
  • basics of yoga philosophy and psychology
  • meditation techniques
  • working with energy: theory and practice

In general, every lesson will consist of a hatha – yoga practice, a short meditation and a yoga theory block.

On receiving your enrolment I will give a call to confirm your place! After an open trial lesson you can choose to follow the whole course in March and April (8 lessons).
